Meet Beth!

The Simplicity Architect behind the systems.
“My whole world got shattered, and I’m still putting it back together. And I’ll be putting it back together for a long time to come.”

I don't call myself a coach. What I build for clients isn't inspiration; it's structure.

My audience isn’t twenty-something and chasing an aesthetic; it’s usually people over the age of 35 who are quietly overwhelmed, rebuilding a business, a home, or a life – who need someone who’s actually been there.

For 26+ years, I’ve worked as a Professional Organizer, building systems for people’s homes and lives. For about 20 of those years, I also worked as a business consultant for a sports management firm assisting with their hospitality operations and also ran remote business development for a restaurant group and brewery.  In both businesses, I built the operational systems that kept things running. Structure has always been my language.

Then I lost my husband, Nick without warning, after nearly 27 years together. I sold our house within a week and moved from Florida to Maryland, not to hide, but to grow. And I did the only thing I really know how to do: I organized my way through it. Simplify with Beth is what came out the other side through my own rebuilding – I turned into a practice, and now a chapter in my third book.

What I believe

Simplicity isn’t about having less. It’s about carrying only what matters. I don’t believe in minimalism as an aesthetic, or productivity as a personality trait. I believe in systems that hold up in real life; the messy, in-between, still-figuring-it-out kind of real life. Whether we’re working on your business or your home, my promise is the same: I will never hand you a template. I’ll build your system with you – practical, judgment-free, and built to survive real life, not just a good week.

Beyond the business

I’m an entrepreneur at heart, and I love sharing the brands and ideas I believe in with family and friends. Maryland is my home. When I’m not building systems, you’ll find me traveling, at the beach, or hunting down new restaurants to try, and I’m enough of an animal lover that I once wrote an entire book chapter on what my dogs have taught me.
